Our Cancellation Policy

In order to make our platform as fair as possible, we have implemented a blanket cancellation policy outlined below:

Client cancellation

• 7 days before session date incurs no cancellation fee – Within 7 days there is a 10% cancellation fee.
• Within 48 hours there is a 50% cancellation fee.
• Within 24 hours there is a 100% cancellation fee.

In all instances, the Client pays 3% of the session price for third party payment processing. The remaining fee is payed out to the booked personal trainer

Trainer cancellation

• Within 7 days the PT pays 3% of the set session price as a cancellation fee to
  SweatSearch.
